I don't have nvidia, although it suggested uninstalling and then reinstalling, which I've done multiple times. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but to no avail. I have Windows 7 64bit with ATI Radeon HD 4200 series, and AMD catalyst which updated this afternoon.

Any other advice aside from buying a new card? AA is off and I rolled my driver back, still nothing helping.
