would just deactivating with mod manager be good enough?

steam finished installing the latest patch, and now it keeps crashing every hour or so. im using better females by bella, cbbe, killer keos skimpy cbbe, skyui, quality world map, better sorting, catwalk, dova hideout, fixed marksman potions, jaysus swords, nightingale retex black sacrament, no more blocky faces, skyboost, skyrim performence plus, wars in skyrim.

wondering if someone could retexture a some sort of clothing with the skin tight leather armor that Selene always wears. otherwise something easier would be nightingale armor without the cape, and shinier.

i really like daggers, but its really frustrating seeing how much more damage i can do with everything else because of the one handed enchantment bonuses. so i looked around for a mod to fix this but i couldnt find any. any help? and also im pretty new to the forums, and skyrimnexus mods
