Okay so I've hit a brick wall and exhausted all my knowledge and scoured through many tutorials and I'm rather novice with NifSkope and I'm trying to make some headway here with a mod I'm trying to polish up. I've already created a mod using the Institutes Hooded Cleanroom suit to create an alternative Hazmat suit and I'm trying to take it a step further and remove the eyepiece from the head of the suit to make it look better. I've successfully removed said piece within Blender and converted the file back to .nif format. Now I'm stumped as to how I can link this .nif file with my standalone mod within NifSkope. I've tried editing all kinds of values and tinkering around but haven't really made any progress. I even went a different route and just edited the diffuse map with an alpha channel to see if THAT would remove the eyepiece, and it worked....but sadly the transparency made it so you can see straight through the head and so that was a complete failure. So the only route is to link this edited .nif file I've edited in Blender with the whole thing and I'm stumped on how to do that. Any suggestions, or help would be MUCH appreciated.
