I doubt that will help much, your problem is a weak signal, you need to boost that somehow. If the Homeplugs are too expensive have a look at extenders, they are cheaper. Can you recommend me one? Thanks :)

Unfortunately, I have to use wifi for my laptop because ethernet doesn't work in my room :( The wifi has to go through a lot to reach me and I don't always get the best connection :( Is there anything I can do or buy to improve the connection? I'm thinking of upgrading my old desktop's CPU and GPU but I'm not sure what to get.... My current specs: MOBO: ECS G41t-m(1.0) CPU:Intel core 2 duo e7500 @ 2.93ghz GPU: Radeon 5770 I want to get an nVidia card because I've never used one and want to try it :P but I wouldn't mind getting another ATI card :) Thanks in advance :D

I do but even then it gets hot :( The Specs: HP Pavillion DV6-614tx Intel corei72630qm 2ghz quad core 8gb ram ATI Radeon 6770m2gb Don't know the rest :P It gets quite hot when play Skyrim or BF3 and very hot when rendering in cinema 4d :( I'm thinking about buying this but is it worth it?

If you want a laptop I suggest get an HP Pavillion DV6-6146tx. I just got one and i can run most games (like skyrim) on max settings :)

You should buy it but not for full price (I bought it when it came out for $40 AUD instead of $100AUD) and imo it was quite fun although i didn't spend as much time as i would've liked to :(
