Firewall not blocking it. Updated to current version. Even reinstalled it. NMM will not let me log in, keeps saying " Loging error: The given login information is invalid. " Yet I can log onto the site just fine.

I have been playing Skyrim most of the day with no problems. I fast traveled back to the College of Winterhold a few minutes ago and now, while I am in 3rd person view, my camera keeps going up and down. If I go into 1st person view the game is fine, but when I enter 3rd person view again it keeps going up and down. Have disabled all of my mods to see if that would help, but sadly it is still doing it.
