This is my first post in these forums so I do apologise if I am writing this in the wrong field. I am certainly no modder so this is all so new to me but I recently installed the Creation Kit. I used to console command to copy my player's face to be turned into an NPC but she is of the Ashen Race. When I went to load up her preset on CK, I get a message that completely goes over my head about localisation and being unable to read scripts (what!?!) and no matter what option I press, it crashes to desktop. So I attempted to load her using just the Skyrim.esm and the Update.esm and whenever I do this, I get a body but she is completely headless! I managed to resolve this due to it being down to my own stupidity (selecting defaultrace in the traits menu) but I have no choice but to set her to be a completely different race such as Nord or something :/ So my question is, how do I include Ashen race to be available and if I can't, do I need to download a different race or something? Thanks for all your help, guys. I'm sure this seems like a real idiotic question but I really want to get this right!
