Hey, My NMM is doing a strange thing where I start to download a file it suddenly aborts the download and indicates that the download is "incomplete." This doesn't happen with every mod, but it seems to be a 50% chance that a mod won't download. If a mod can download, it will always be downloadable, if a mod doesn't download, it will never be downloadable. I don't think it's necessary to post my load order, but I will do it if it's needed. I have LOOT installed.

Before I start, I want to say that I am a real noob when it comes to modding. I've been trying to learn things by myself, but that hasn't been working out, so I have two problems. The major problem are the CTD's. Whenever I'm in a populated city or I'm entering or exiting (mostly when exiting into the open world) a building, there is a very high chance of my game crashing. As a mod noob I do not know what to do, but it probably has something or everything to do with my load order. My second problem is not as drastic. I recently installed the Noir ENB by rusey following the instructions of the mod page and downloading the wrapper version of Everybody Needs Boris as you call it. After changing my prefs, I launched the game and the message in the top left corner didn't appear. When I loaded my save, there were no visual changes.
