Version 1.13.7 of Vortex. and playing Fallout 4. Everything in Vortex was working properly up unil a few days ago but now whenever i install a mod it won't populate the plugins tab or enable it until I exit vortex and open it again where it says i have plugins that i need to deploy when i go back into the plugins tab. The plugins will then show after i enable it. I have settings configured to deploy mods when enabled. If I disable the mod in vortex (after I have exited vortex and its now shoing in the pluging tab) and reenabled it, it will deploy the mod and it will show. But any mod that I install for the first time it won't show in the plugins tab or enable it until I exit vortex then go back in. Any help on this appreciated as up until yesterday everything was working properly.
