Skyrim HD texture overhaul, SkyUI, SkyBoost, and dozens more upgrades. But those will get you started. Download the mod manager http://www.skyrimnexus.com/content/modmanager/ to make the process as smooth as possible. You'll need a strong graphics card to run the texture mod at full resolution. I won't play Skyrim without them anymore-- it improves upon the game's graphics immensely.

Every time I open the Skyrim Launcher, and click Advanced on the graphics menu-- it makes the game forget about all the texture mods I installed when it goes to determine my video hardware's settings. Very annoying... anyone have any ideas or mods to remedy?

I love the Thieves Guild-- but I find it annoying how long it takes to get in and out. I would thinking how nice it would be to be able to fast travel into the Ragged Flaggon. If anyone's got any known mods they know about for this kind of thing, it would be appreciated.
