I have: FX-9590 CPU R9-390 GPU (8GB vram) and 16GB of ram SKSE 1.7.3 Bleak ENB ENBoost I can get about 30 fps outdoors and 40 indoors with hardly any other mods. I felt like that was a little low with my build so I started using Skyrim Performance Monitor. Skyrim never uses more than 1 GB of ram and 3 GB of vram. The CPU load is staying around 10 or 20%, while the GPU is maxing out at 100% load. Perhaps the ram and vram are low just because I don't have any texture mods yet. But if that is the case, then is there another reason my frame rate is low?
