drop all of your settings to low and turn them up one at a time until the frames drop to isolate the problem.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that you try creating a new save file and play through that for a bit. Does it recreate your problem or is it fixed?

Okay, So I've loaded Killer Keo's archmage robes into nifscope {archmage_robesf_1} in attempts to manually remove the hood that is showing up in game for practice. ( I know there is a mod specifically for this) However, once the file is loaded into nifscope the hood/head element is not visible. What's the problem?
