You are 100% correct. I understand the need they have to paywall some features. What I don't understand is why they are going out of their way to annoy those of us who choose not to pay up. Sure, let us know it's an option... but not constantly.

Exactly. The in-your-face-buy-premium stuff made me un-whitelist the sight from my adblocker. So now, the site is getting zero revenue from me rather than some.

Came to the forums to give some feed back on the new process to download. Good to see OP has already pointed out the problems. This is ridiculous and unnecessary.
