It's not the lower frame rate it's the constant fluctuations in frame rate that are annoying. The only real fix is to simply exit to desktop and restart the game every half an hour or so.

I'm thinking there's a memory leak of some sort going on here, Otherwise I just can't imagine what would cause such an issue

I always, without fail create new saves, I don't think I've ever overwritten one.

I have tried PCB, I even installed an auto purge mod but nothing works. It's getting annoying now.

In case anyone was wondering my specs are: Intel i-5 [email protected] 8GB DDR3 RAM XFX R7970 DD 3GB GDDR5 VRAM That's probably all that's important for this king of issue. Though i'm 99% sure that it's not a hardware thing.

I have an issue that has plagued my New vegas for ages and no one has known how to fix it. My FPS is at a rock solid 60 when I load my save but, after 10-15 mins of gameplay I start to notice it slowing down, after 40 mins it is as low as 35fps which is unplayable to me. When I exit the game and load it up again it's back at 60FPS again. I had heard it was a DoF related issue but I have disabled any DoF mods and disabled it in the game settings, If anyone can provide any help it would be much appreciated, even if just suggesting which type of mods could cause this, Thank you.

I know it can't really be done, it just annoys me that bethesda clearly put absolutely no thought into their rocks at all.

I really hate how the rocks in Skyrim have no structure at all, there is no bedding, no mineralisation, no geological features whatsoever. It has always really bugged me. I know it would be very difficult to retexture the rocks to have such effects due to the fact that they are at all kinds of different orientations but it would certainly be nice. As a Geology student this has always really bugged me.

I love your mods but man I don't get your hatred of the recent series of spartacus, It was brilliant, I'm guessing you just watched the shitty first episode because after the first few episodes the show is brilliant and the characters are wonderfully crafted. Granted it's not quite kubrick, but but it's one of the better TV series I've seen. Also yes please to the mod! Lore and plausibility can be bent a little when it comes to mods, that's the beauty of them.

If the world space is interesting and well designed, then sure, I have no doubt the story and quest content will be brilliant so not leaving is all good. I don't think people would like to be trapped there for hours or anything though. An hour or two is probably a good amount of time. (In my opinion anyway)

How is it that no skilled modder has made a power armour type with a cloak, I would kill for a lightweight, fully functional power armour with a cloak or ranger coat over the top, as I'm representing both the brotherhood of steel and the NCR, also a cloak makes sense to stop sand from getting in the gyros and joints.

I'm having an issue where my game slows down, my fps decreases and the game gets jittery the longer I play for, Exiting the game every 20 or so minutes fixes it but it's annoying, I have no DoF mods and I've tried PCB many times, Any idea what's going on? Thank you.
