Mods aren;t bad. The more you use, the more likely you will experience conflicts. A huge number variables including your specific hardware, settings, load order and choice of mods can affect whether or not a mod works for you.
Read Bben's troubleshooting blog for a more detailed explanation and how to troubleshoot.
Just looking at your list, which is full of high-resource requiring mods, I'd guess your freezes are related to your RAM being overtaxed, and the freezes occur while your computer tries to clear out enough working memory to continue.
Oh, what i meant by bad is which ones might be conflicting.
I'll try to scope down the hi res ones then

Why would I use a bow over a crossbow?
Cross bows are better in my opinion.
There should be a mod that makes crossbow loading animation slower, and more solid. Right now it looks too easy and slick.
I always though cross bows would knock you back, so maybe a 100 archery perk that makes bolts make people fall down!

It's just randomly crashes on autosaves for some reason. It may be my mods but I'm not sure. Everything works fine, i run it at good FPS, and there are no issues with the game at all.
I think it's autosaves, because i had a mod that autosaved every 2 minutes, and I would crash every 2 minutes. I disabled it, but every auto save i still crash. I would be doing random things, riding my horse, anything, it would just suddenly crash. I launch with SKSE

As I recall when every I choose the dawnguard side and return to isran he's fighting with two other dawnguard members help outside fort dawnguard against vampires and you may have to help them and then when the fighting is done approach isran and he'll ask you if you have any good news, he might say to you, I knew this day would come first, just try and interrupt him and give him the news about serena and the scroll she had on her!..
Unfortunately, he's not doing anything
I have no special dialogue options either, just the default dialogue i can ask anytime.

Nope.
No quest initiation at all.
I got out of the castle and that was it.

I just finished bloodline quest, got kicked out of the vampire castle cuz i chose the Dawnguard.
But now i have no quests at all from the DLC
I go to the castle and talked with everyone but there are no quest options
I even tried the "setstage" command but nothing is happening.
Halp!
EDIT: I spelled dawnguard wrong. :/

I am using google chrome, and the mods won't download using nexus mod manager. This is strange because it worked yesterday fine...
I closed NMM and opened it up again. it says,
"Unable to write permissions" and says i have to move skyrim outside program files folder.
so i move my entire steam folder outside program files.
Tried to launch again, but now it says "Can not find C:\Program Files x86\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\skyrim.esp
wtf? First it tells me to move my skyrim. Now it says that it can't find skyrim? Even though i moved because they it tells me to.

Anybody know why my save files are so big even without my mods?
I deactivated them all yesterday and they still went over 40 megabytes

Yes, i fixed that problem by going all the way back to a much earlier save.
The save files are only 5 gigs, but when i enable any of my esp. mods the save file suddenly becomes 90 megabytes. ?the f***.
