Hearthfire bug in Skyrim LE Posted June 23, 2019 I fixed mine by uninstalling a mod called "Verdant" that modified the grasses in skyrim. Completely removed the hall itself to put down the new grass.Once I removed that mod entirely, the hall appeared and now my house builds. Check to see if you have any mods that alter grass.
