So i returned to the game recently and i was looking at modding, reading in to it, all i got was "Fallout 76 does not support the use of any mods, add-ons, or other third-party programs. Please be aware that the use of such applications may result in Fallout 76 not functioning properly." So its a non-answer in my eyes. What i wanna know is, has anyone actually had any issues, account wise, with Bethesda?

As title, Looking to RP a new gen Batman in night city. Rough Story would be normal up until start of act 2 and V decides its his mission to rid the city of corruption and crime, all while not killing a soul. Looked around and cant really find any headwear that would suit. Its really only the headwear too, as the darker night city clothing fits well already. Anyone able to slap one together?
