Bumping. I still haven't found a solution. I just reinstalled the game again. I went in and deleted every file for the game minus old save files that steam cloud would have just brought back anyway and it still CTDs.

I went in and manually removed some plugins that NMM wasn't recognizing as TheNr0 said and I am still having the same issue. I even disabled all mods and double checked to see if there are any plugins in there other than the official ones.

I enabled all official plugins and verified the game cache. Now the game just crashes on startup. Screenshot of enabled plugins: http://imgur.com/swMxz7O

I have done a fresh reinstall of the game, disabled any and all plugins(including DLC), and restarted my system. I deleted the config files for the game and tried to start a new game again, and it launched successfully. So from this point I went on to insert the lines needed into the config files in order to enable modding. This was all I did, and just inserting these lines causes the game to crash when trying to launch into a new game. I removed the lines and a new game launched fine again, and then put them back and the game crashed again. Does anyone know what could be going on here? The game is up to date to the latest version, I am running windows 10, the game is a legitimate copy, and I have run the game before with no problems. Thanks in advance for any help.
