  1. I'm not sure, but I believe that the "LeftHand" and "RightHand" versions are used by NPCs only, so that they don't dual-cast stuff they're not supposed to

  3. I want to create a spell that summons a meteor above the location the caster is aiming at. I've already created the projectile (kind of mixed together the Dragon Firestorm projectile with the Catapult Projectile), but I don't know how to make it be summoned. The Dragon Firestorm uses a script that once activated makes meteors fall everywhere except at the player (it has a "Miss On Purpose" attribute), but I couldn't find how the meteors get spawned. So, I have a projectile. I want to make it spawn above the target location and fall to it.
  4. We should do something like that. In the spirit of Ludum Dare Competition, or Global Game Jam. For those who don't know them, both are worldwide events where you have 48h to develop a game, based on a theme. In Ludum Dare you have to work alone, but the Global Game Jam allows (and encourages) working in groups.
  5. The first ever Elder Scrolls (TES: Arena) game takes place in all of Tamriel, so a good starting point could be remaking the plot of that game
  6. You can set the FOV in Skyrim by opening the console and typing fov angle For example, typing fov 90 would set it to 90 as in the other game you play. To open the console, press the ~ key. If you keyboard is not american, it's whatever key is below Esc.
  7. Better fame related comments from NPCs, for example, guards should stop noting how you're the new member of the Companions once you're their Harbinger. More respect from the members of factions you've come to lead, too. When you're Arch-mage of the College of Winterhold, only one character seems to acknowledge it, and she is extremely annoying. This should also earn you a few new rights in those factions, like organizing missions for the group itself to do.

  9. This actually happens in the game already. Any "leftover damage" in a killing blow is converted to physical force to be added to the Ragdoll. That's why Giants send people flying reaaaaally far and high.
  10. DredEvil does not sound like a Khajiit name at all, and early access to the most powerful arrows would not be good. An archery shop in the Ragged Flagon is not a bad idea though, but maybe the arrows available should be based on the player's level...
  11. Someone said conversation options aren't feasible, but I have a feeling that there will be support for text-only conversation, because user-made quests would have no depth without new dialogue...
  12. I'd love to see they follow the trend set by Bioware and allow us to import saves to the next games from now on
