I think it looks great. Of course there's gonna be bugs... You people need to take a chill pill. These guys do listen to the community and have been very accepting of feedback in the past. The old site is a bit clunky but functional. I know a lot of people want to avoid growing pains. One thing they did mention is that this new layout would be far easier to tweak and make changes to. I would think that if you had a site like this that has been basically remodeled over and over you end up with a hodgepodge of tons of different elements and things become very complicated. Sometimes it's better to just start over, I think this is a good idea. I think that this will continue to be the best modding website in the world and that's why I have contributed to it. A lot of people act like this is a service when it isn't. This is a community. A lot of people like to criticize everything Nexus staff does like it's a paid service. It's not. I find also find it disconcerting that most the people that complain haven't contributed anything whether it's money or a useful mod of their own.

I kinda wonder if this is actually bad for their own platform. Having mods just randomly being uploaded that don't work could really water down their own service.

I also think they listen to the community very much and they do care about quality. That being said this isn't a "service" this is a community, they aren't obligated to do anything.

The community here is one of the most helpful I have seen out of any online modding organization or any organization I know of online at all. That's why I am a premium member. That said every question can't be answered just because there are so many. I agree with 100% of what the experienced posters above said so I'm not gonna waste time echoing everything they said. This is all voluntary here, I wish everything could work out for everyone but we don't live in a perfect world.

Hmm perhaps holding your windows key and hitting d (win+d) can help I donno. Also are you using BOSS or the NMM? That can prevent a lot of the crashes you are having.

I have noticed many really great mod authors don't have premium subscriptions. Not bashing them I am sure they have their reasons and though they haven't contributed financially to the site they have contributed a lot by making great mods that have taken lots of their time. Perhaps it would be a really cool thing for people to be able to buy a premium membership for them? Just an idea, I think it would make some mod authors very happy and give the site some revenue.

You need to upload the files that you generated, they should be found in meshes and textures folder (under actor/facegen/ I think) they should be found in a folder named by your mod. If you are using an archive, you will have to drag and drop them in the archive when you create it in the ck. Thanks a lot for the reply that helped me identify what I was doing wrong I had no idea how to create an archive or even know that I needed to. Firstly I know how to generate the facegen data by hitting Ctrl+F4 on a highlighted NPC in the CK. My problem is when I upload the NPC it doesn't upload the facegen data with the .esp and I end up with the dreaded dark faces. I apologize in advance if I am covering a topic that has already been treaded on before. I ask that if it has please don't yell at me but also please don't waste your time giving me a detailed explanation here and direct me to the proper place. I did look around before I posted to no avail, thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.
