Poetje, I had the exact same problem and it drove me nuts trying to find it. It's actually not listed as "Climates of Tamriel" but instead as "Project Reality - Climates of Tamriel-V3". I looked at the screenshot you posted and it is indeed there. Hope that helps! :-)
