for people to make a house in skyrim do they make it from scratch or do they just grab a house and just like copy and paste it? like can anyone actually MAKE a new house? like for example if i were to try and make this http://imgur.com/gallery/woL3K would it be possible?

i use the manager to download all the mods and a lot of them work like re textures and the nude mod and the cool sims hair mod works but theirs one type of mod i cant seem to get to work. its the mods like the "craft able Triss light armor" mod or the "craft able nocturnal robes" i use the mod manager just like all the other mods but these ones that im able to create at a forge are not working. ive even tried to use a level 100 mod to see if my level was effecting it at all but i cant figure it out :/ can someone help? or anyone have that same problem?
