Ok, I was making this way harder than it needed to be... it required literally 1 line be adjusted in 1 file. New Moon / Thief armor is a Geralt armor set. :-P

Damn despite efforts and reading, I cannot seem to figure out the mesh part. I thought I could rename them and re-import via the modkit. Sadly, no. I downloaded Blender to look at the FBX files but... Didn't see how to adjust what textures were named. Anyone with some advice? Thanks in advance.

Ok, so I am actually making a little progress... I've got the textures redone/copied over from one armor to the other. Now I have to figure out the meshes (I guess) since the textures aren't shaped correctly and look ridiculous, lol.

Hrm... would anyone be willing to teach a little? I must be dense or something. I downloaded the modkit, read through the PDF included in it. Uncooked the game (and the DLC), located the thief armor and exported it. Replaced the textures with those of the bear armor, regenerated the XBMs, cooked and packaged, installed and... well, nothing. Hah. Clearly I am missing something, but I am not entirely sure what, and the guide is obviously not directly instructing on how to swap an armor appearance for another so... I'm a bit lost. Very happy to be taught to fish and not just given the fish if that is possible. Thanks in advance.

I love the look of this mod/armor: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/407/? It's bear re-themed into Wolven coloring. Sadly though, I've switched to New Moon armor for stat/build reasons (crit). Would love if someone could replace the New Moon look with that recolored Bear armor or something similar. Thanks! :)
