What are your PC specs?

Try adding the line yourself in Skyrim.ini, see if it works

With everything low and SweetFX disabled I still get the same FPS, is it even worth trying or should I continue playing at a low FPS with my graphics enhancements.

I did everything up until the ENB steps, it just disabled my SweetFX and gave me a 9 FPS average

Also, I cannot use ENBDev as it has compatibility issues with Windows 10

Hi, I'm running Skyrim with these specs on my new laptop which I'm soon upgrading: Intel Pentium Quad Core N3700 (2.4GHz) Intel HD graphics 8 GB DDR3 L Memory 1TB HDD They're not the best, but I've been running into an odd FPS issue lately. Whether I run Skyrim on Low or High, I'm still getting the same FPS averaging around 12. I do have a graphics mod, but it's not ENB and it doesn't change the performance. I also had other texture mods such as dungeons, grass, snow, etc. but I'm still getting the same FPS whether they're disabled or enabled. It's a tad frustrating, I was just wondering if there was any way to fix this. If my GPU was the problem it should have had FPS differences when running with High or Low textures.
