Actually, I just got New Vegas and there are no mods.

My game keeps freezing at the startup slideshow. I cant even get to the main menu! Sometimes it freezes faster than other times, other times it takes a bit more time to freeze, but I can NEVER get to the main menu. Any idea of what might be causing this?

For some reason, when I equip Redguard Clothes (The clothing Nazir wears, NOT Hammerfell garb) a part of my hand is invisible, but only in first person view. My hands kinda look like they're floating but any other kind of clothing works an I dont have floating hands. PS: I dont have any body replacers.

And by special quests I mean the ones you get from Vex and Delvin. Do they keep going on? Or do they stop offering them after completing lots?

I used the command: Player.moveto X. X being the dead NPC's reference ID.

So, what happened was one of my companions died, but a while later I wanted him to help me again. I didnt know the console command "resurrect" yet (Im new to console commands). After finding the console command to bring him back to life, I couldent find his corpse. So I found another command to find his body. But when I warped to his body, I found the weirdest thing EVER! I was in some sort of interior, it was shaped like this + and the walls and ceiling were stone brick. The lighting was purple, and walking around in there was Nazeem, Brill, and a naked Malborn. In the middle of the area was a stack of naked bodys of all the innocent people I have killed, including my companions. I used TFC and found that the skybox was black. What the f*** is this place?

I was trying to change my followers clothing but when I leave the area, they reset back to default clothing! I want to get rid of the file that deals with default clothing spawning back. So wheres the file located?

I keep seeing people saying that they want some way to end quests or get rid of them in they're quest log, I came up with a better solution. So the mod will add an Ignore Tab in your characters quest journal, it will be located under the quest youve completed. And if you press a button while you have a quest selected, it will be in the Ignore Tab and you can completly forget about it.

But is there an easier way to delete the folders?

I downloaded a type 3 body replacer and now I want the original body, But I forgot to back up the files. Is there a mod including the original body meshes? Or am I going to have to reinstall. If I do have to reinstall, can someone show me how to?

What did you do before you started the game? Did you disable/enable any mods?

My game keeps crashing after I hit "Play". Just before I played, I was deleting mods that I dont use in my data folder, and I think I might have deleted an important file. Can somone please just go tp there data folder and check what files are in there? Type in "SteamApps" on search, then click on "Common" then "Fallout New Vegas" then finally, "Data". Just check that area and tell me the files names so I can search on the recycling bin to get them back into my Data folder. Thanks!
