i must have mistyped it, basically what happens is when you go to bleak falls barrow after farengar gives you the quest Delphine and Farengar are talking when you get back, that's not happening, Farengar was silent, i gave him the dragonstone, Jarl Balgruuf didn't even say anything nor did Irileth say anything about a dragon sighting, she's nowhere to be seen, so basically there's no dragon quests, and there are no quests in my journal except "Talk to Aventus Arentino" and that was because i asked about rumors, completed Bleak Falls Barrow quest, completed The Golden Claw quest, no further ones were given

Alright so i figured to start over in skyrim seeing as my game was corrupted when mods got turned on (steam workshop kinda sucks lol) and I had to delete all my saves including my friend's files, but that's beside the point, i decided might as well take care of Bleak Falls Barrow before i started my journey to whiterun, I got the Golden Claw, got the Dragonstone, and I delivered the Golden claw after the quest was over, I went to see the court wizard in Dragonsreach as the Jarl has asked me to, and I gave him the stone, the quest was done before it even started, well Delphine wasn't there yet, so I waited an hour or two, and Delphine was there, no dialogue between her and Farangar, (i think that's how you spell it) and whenever I tried talking to Delphine she would say to leave her alone, no quests, or anything, so i can't advance, any ideas?
