Nvidia drivers are bad news Re-installed the driver using DDU, drivers ain't the issue, damn I'm out of options, I'll uninstall/download the whole game again, if this didn't fix it i'll reset windows I think.

My method of restoring the game wasn't from download, I backed up the game via steam and restored it back again, do you think this would pick files from mods too?

I deleted every single mod/plugin and data from my game library, reinstalled only the game, I started up the game and the issue is still there, wth! i'll PM you my fresh save if you don't mind.

xD, did you find anything creepy on mine as well? I have like 140 mod installed, I'm still trying to figure out whats wrong, I'm backing them up atm, I'll start deleting soon.

I do, but I tried disable them all, and started fresh new game, still having this weird issue, maybe something related to .ini as you said. Do you want me to send you a fresh save without mods?
