I found this a year ago and found without a doubt it was racemenu and never found a solution. I mentioned it in a few places but got shouted down by others. Bad load order they said, you're wrong, etc etc. For some reason everybody's got some kind of collective delusion about RaceMenu and many are dicks about it. I wish I could offer you a solution but all I can offer you is commiseration. I hope you get farther with it than I did.
