[Game crashing when i enter fort dawnguard]

A mod doesn't seem to affect it and I redownloaded everything again and it still had the same issue. I'm starting to think its a save problem. Anyone got any ideas?

Recently I have been experiencing a glitch where town music would be playing in dungeons instead of the usual dungeon music. Any idea why its going on?

apparently I'm missing some object ID's. Don't know how that happened.

quests are showing up as

 

find <alias=questitem> for igmund etc. I don't know why though. :/
