Why does mine keep crashing :(

I have the same issue, my game seems to run fine, but when i go to whiterun its just a crashing zone, keeps crashing. If i have a save at whiterun i load it and within seconds it crashes. I started a new game, and due to this i cant even go talk to the jarl .
