I have a very simple thing I want to accomplish (theoretically anyway.) I want to take the appearance files for a new race (such as the drow, or oriental) and use those files to replace an existing race completely. For instance, I want to replace the dark elf model with the drow one and the high elf with the 'oriental beauty race'. Why? I am hoping that this will update all NPCs of these races with a better look and maybe even allow my character to not have the vanishing head issue all the time. I feel that this should be a simple matter, but I'm a n00b and don't know how to do this. I suspect that it might be possible to just rename a few files.. at least that's my hope.
