  1. Hello! I am in the process of learning how to create a standalone follower with unique face/body texture and meshes. I am following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcHw4sqrrx8&t=227s I've hit a roadblock. The guide tells me at 1:40 that I need to export my character's head from RaceMenu. When I do this, I immediately CTD. As soon as I hit 'E', I CTD. Moreover, the guide insists that the exported head data is supposed to be located Data>SKSE>Plugins>CharGen. When I checked, there was no 'Plugins' or 'CharGen' folder in my SKSE folder. I tried to create these folders manually, but my game still crashed. I use Mod Organizer 2 and I am using the latest edition of Racemenu. I am using multiple texture and hair mods. Thank you in advanced for any help you're able to give me.
  2. Hello! I've been using Mod Organizer 2 and LOOT for some time. Lately, I've found myself questioning when LOOT incorrectly sorts my plugins. The general rule put forward by the (many) mod tutorials I've watched is to trust LOOT implicitly. That said, I often find that LOOT fails to correctly sort plugins which (to my knowledge) NEED to be placed in a certain order. For example - XPMSE and FNIS. It's my understanding that these plugins ALWAYS go at the bottom of your load order. Yet, when I sort them with LOOT, they're placed in the upper middle of my load order - well before many other miscellaneous plugins of little importance. Am I incorrect in assuming these plugins need to be low? Is LOOT wrong? Is it frequently wrong about OTHER plugins and I don't know it? Is there some sort of guide I can consult that will tell me when LOOT is correct and when it messes up? Just to be clear - I AM using the latest version of LOOT. I launch it directly from an executable through MO2. Thank you for any help you can give me. I'm working on building a new LE mod list centered around SAM bodies. It's been a nightmare getting everything to work properly.
  3. Hello! Whenever I try to launch F4SE (either from Mod Organizer or via the F4SE launcher in the F04 Steam folder), I receive this message: I scoured the internet and found no one complaining about F4SE being out of date, so I assume that F4SE is not, in fact, out of date, and that I'm doing something wrong. I've redownloaded F4SE from silverlock several times and followed the installation instructions explicitly. I have also tried disabling all of my mods and launching F4SE without any active plugins, and it still gives me the same message. I cannot begin to fathom what I'm doing wrong. If anyone has any ideas that might be of help, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you in advance!

  5. Hello! I'm trying to create custom bodies (in Bodyslide) and then assign them to specific NPCs in the game (Lydia, Jordis, etc). I want certain NPCs to have completely different body shapes and body textures from the other NPCs in the game - and bodies that are completely distinct from one another (Lydia's body is different then Jordis's, etc). If you know of any way to do this, please let me know! Here's how I'm currently going about it: My plan was to build the body I wanted in bodyslide, save the files, and then copy/paste those files into the body files for the NPCs I want to edit. I've run into two problems: 1) After creating my body in bodyslide and pushing the 'build' button, it gives me the following message. The problem is, I can't find these assets (femalebody_0 and femalebody_1) anywhere in the Skyrim SE data folder. There is no \Meshes folder in my Skyrim SE data folder, nor does any other folder seem to contain these assets. I have no idea where these files are being saved to - thus, I cannot copy them and use them to edit individual NPCs. Here's what my Skyrim SE data folder looks like: That's my first problem. 2) My second problem is that I have no idea where the body files for individual NPCs are. I am not even sure if they exist. I suspect that NPCs /don't/ have unique files for their bodies, but instead draw from a generic body file somewhere in the game. I understand that there are some follower mods (like Bijin) which can correct this. I use Mod Organizer 2.2. Any support you're able to give me in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
  6. Hello all, I was curious if there exists a custom player home with multiple master bedrooms. Most player homes have one master bedroom and then barracks-style dormitories for your followers - I'm looking for a mod that would allow a few followers to have a bedroom as lavish and impressive as the master. Thanks!
