Also, this mod was fixed previously by removing the Centered Third Person mod. But after hours of playing (and a couple new mods) it resurfaced.

The issue happens regardless of Readius being present after a complete uninstallation both on the game itself and NMM. I tried meeting the collection packs such as armor, weapons, and etc made by the same mod creator. And manually I tried sorting the UI mods in the correct order but the only one I could find on the plugins list (not the mods list) was DARN. Activating the language patch did nothing as expected, although in Wyre Flash it said that all the downloadable content needed to be "cleaned" to be compatible with TES4.

A majority of the time my Fallout New Vegas will freeze upon opening the pip-boy which prompts a crash. I've tried everything from reinstalling the game, reinstalling the mods, everything. At first I manually rearranged the mods in nexus (didn't help even in the correct order), then used LOOT to no avail. I've noticed that being around hostile npc's triggers said crash, whereas in interiors it doesn't happen at all.
