not for me the console doesnt appear on my pc thats why i was wanting the scripts or info on how to to it another way

Im working on a mod and i need help with 2 scripts im planning on using. 1) a script to enable god mode on equip of armor. 2) is a cheat robot that gives you cheat options through dialogue. I have no idea where to start.
