Does skyrim performance monitor show which specific mod is not performance friendly or should I detect it myself

So, I'm asking if there's a mod that can monitor any other mods to see if it makes an impact on the game, how much VRAM it uses etc etc....

Hi guys! So for the past couple of weeks, I've been trying mods to enhance the way Skyrim looks. I kept deleting mods over and over again, getting so frustrated that I don't have the best suitable mods for me which don't affect performance that much. I'm looking for mods that don't affect performance and also make Skyrim look better. My specs are: CPU: Intel Core I3 4005U GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M260 RAM: 6GB I've seen topics that address my issue, but the problem is that they're 2 to 3 years old. These mods may have been updated during this time.

So, I have a female character. And when I use bow and arrow, the quiver alongside with the bow are floating in the mid air, instead of being attached to the body..Is there a fix to it like a mod or something else?

Well first I tried loading SkyUI, Requim and Interesting NPCS and it all worked

So I did use LOOT, ran LOOT with Mod Organizer and did the rest...still it happens or maybe I did not do it the way its supposed to be done. So I downloaded bunch of mods 18 or so, but when I try to run the game it opens the game, but it takes time for the fog to appear..I dont know maybe the mods are demanding (I will post them later) but I'm not sure since they're not graphic related mods
