[Weird arm bug]

Try lowering the FOV, if you have changed it from the default 70 that is

Is there anywhere I can find a list of config values? Or a config that is at the absolute max?

It may be more beneficial to post your actual load order. Easiest way to do that is to copy and paste your BOSS log here.

 

It does look like lower res textures in the screenshot. Have you checked what your settings are through the game launcher?
