  1. I'd say that if you want the game to be more balanced with the intent of making things much harder, FWE would be a good choice, though I don't know if it would conflict with the way that you set up your game.
  2. That would be the "MTC Wasteland Travellers" mod, I think. Just checked and it's been updated. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6044
  3. I actually had a similar idea, except that the player character could find a vault that was opened, fix it up, and try to convince the people of Megaton to live there instead. After all, they were all people who tried to get into Vault 101 :P
  4. I'm all for a Tali companion. I love her accent :D
  5. Near as I can tell, the only way to get tattoos, scars and marks is if you make them yourself and put them on the texture you want. I'm not sure if it's possible to keep heads as trophies, I imagine that would require making the decapitated head an object in and of itself that you can put in your inventory, which goes beyond my capabilities :D
  6. There's always Uglulyx Custom Player Tattoos: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2787 It's got everything you need to get started, at least with the vanilla bodies. If you want to use the Type 3 bodies then copy the textures from the Type 3, put your tats on them, and put them in whatever alternate race folder (provided with the above mod) you like. Then you can choose out of 4 different styles :D Let me know if that helps. If you're still stuck I can take a look for you.
  7. Hey guys, I haven't played oblivion in a while and decided to start it up again. I bought the GOTY edition of Oblivion but when I run the 1.2.0416 patch it tells me that there is an 'old file missing, but there is one of the same name'. After that, the update shuts down. Is the GOTY edition already patched to 1.2.0416? Or am I supposed to run all the patches made by Bethesda consecutively before applying this one?
  8. That is quite cool :D I haven't found anything on the Nexus, though, I searched for anything relating to the quiver or the bow stance. Admittedly it was quite a lot of stuff, but I haven't found it. I wonder if anyone else know about it?
  9. That's what I've gathered as well. Technically speaking the Vault experiment ended the moment the second Overseer decided to let other people in on the secret. Then again, Vault-Tec was probably one of the most evil corporations of the Pre-War era, where the vast majority of their Vaults had some sinister purpose. All of the test Vaults that I've heard of have failed in one way or another, Including Vault 101 despite the fact that out of all the Vaults in D.C. it had the least evil intentions made for it.
