  1. Unfortunately, I do not have the knowledge to help you here, but I have one suggest for you that might be a start. Check the X12 Plasmacaster weapon mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49918 If I remember correctly, there's an in-game weapon mod in there that does something similar to what you wish. You could try looking at the mod files with either or both Creation Kit/FO4Edit and hopefully figure out how they made it work, and try making it work for you.
  2. I'm still struggling to figure out how to change these numbers correctly due to the way Bethesda made the game lol. But thanks for taking your time to reply. I'll be taking my time messing around with these numbers and hopefully find something that works for me.
  3. I wanted to edit the Medic Perk using FO4Edit in order to nerf my own gameplay. Vanilla Medic Perk makes Stimpaks & Radaway heal you for 40/60/80/100% at ranks 1/2/3/4, and I was hoping to change it to something like 35/40/45/50%. Trouble is, looking at the data on FO4Edit, I'm unable to figure out what data I can edit to make it happen, and, unfortunately, Google isn't helping me here. Any chance someone can please help me on this one?
  4. I don't know if what I did is the best way to do it, but this is more or less what I had in mind: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ivkcs2wg82v0jh6
  5. First of all, all I am saying here is my opinion, and none of this should be taken as a fact. The Fallout 4 crafting system can feel somewhat old a bit too fast, and it happens because, while the game gives you many crafting options for your weapons and armor, most of them feels useless when you can simply choose the best one of them. The receiver with the highest damage output, the short or long barrel with the smallest amount of weight, the shoulder stock with the highest recoil reduction, and similar things presented on the crafting system. That said, it would be nice to have a game mod that would make the crafting system more impactful by either simplifying what we already have or perhaps following a route similar to New Vegas' crafting system. Unfortunately, I don't have the knowledge and experience to make a proper mod out of this idea, and, even if people might disagree with it, I do believe this is an option that should be available to the public. EDIT: Now that I think about it, let me make a little extra request: if you guys think this sounds impossible to make, or at least not worth the hassle, I would like to know why, please.
