[Weapon animation glitched]

I do not @saurusmaximus, I freshly re-installed Skyrim as well, still the same issue.

Good evening, I have recently been deeply involved in Skyrim modding and gameplay experiencing.

However, recently I started a new game with a couple of new mods for a fresh start (mod order below).
Whenever I left click with any weapon excluding bows, it does damage but teleports me a couple meters and the animation does not show.

I have tried disabling all mods, re-installing Skyrim and starting new save games, but this glitch keeps persisting.

If anybody has any knowledge or experience in this please do send me a message, this is very irritating as I cannot use a weapon normally.
