  1. Could you look into a mod called "Phenderix Ultimate Magic System? It's a new mod that hasn't gotten a lot of attention yet. It functions very differently than any spell mod that exists today and should be worth a glance at least.
  2. I've always thought Skyrim needed more interesting bosses. I have one idea in mind right now, but I'm not sure how well it would would work in Skyrim. I too would like to know how you plan making interesting bosses fights.
  3. A popular choice for mages is the Apocalypse spell package that adds over 150 unique spells to the game that give a lot of strategy. There's also Phenderix Magic Evolved, which while not as complex as Apocalypse, is great for roleplaying characters due to adding several different archtypes (holy, earth, dark, wind, water, Ect.). Phenderix \also adds an archtype of blood spells that cost health to use. If you use Phenderix I would advise getting Apocalypse too since it has an "erase spell" spell. Otherwise your spellbook might get a bit clogged up with Phenederix's spells (there's 270, but most of them are pretty similar to eachother). A great mod for any replay is the Skyrim Monster Mod which adds tons of monsters to Skyrim. The only problem with it is A. I believe it replaces vanilla animals and B. some of the creatures it adds are lore breaking (people don't seem to like tricera tops in a game that has mammoths, yet nobody complained when he made a Balrog). I also hear that it can be a bit buggy, but then again, so can vanilla Skyrim.
  4. Why must everyone focus on appearance? I just want a bow that can shoot 5 ice arrows at a time, and have a shout that creates a giant crystal arrow that stuns rows of enemies at a time.
  5. Dwarves need to be a little unique every now and then. Grumpy short people gets old.
  6. So many awesome ideas here... I want them all  Another one i'd like to see is Tsunade's Mitotic Regeneration, that heals you insanely fast for a few minutes in exchange for permanantly decreasing your maximum health. Something I always liked about naruto was the high level Jutsus that had a long lasting side effect.
  7. This would be awesome. It could also be cool to see the byakugan, with a toggleable detect life, and while it's active each punch could drain magicka (will mostly be useful with matial arts mods)..
  8. I hope we can get people to do spells and powers in addition to models. I would love to see Ashe's ultimate Arrow thing flying through the air, and then freeze whatever it hits for 60 seconds. Especially if it kept going, even after it hits an enemy. I can imagine the giant arrow slamming through rows of enemies, and turning everything in it's path to ice.
  9. Out of all the mods being developed, this is the one I'm most looking forward to.
  10. This is a bad idea... there is a good chance that bethesda will create morrowind and cyrodill on their own for dlc... and you don't want to waste a year or more of your life making this, and then an official and better version is released that conflicts with yours (physically or lorewise) before it's even complete.
  11. Really? saber tooth tigers hate wolves and bears in real life? Huh... learn something new every day. That boss looks awesome.
  12. Illusions now. Interesting spell, good distraction. This sounds fun to use, but could be dangerous if you have a follower (the target shoots a fireball at you, then you instantly shoot a fireball at your follower infront of you). That's not a complaint, I like the idea of not being able to look at your follower because you might accidently blow them to pieces. I assume that this will last for a specific amount of time instead of just being the next spell that's cast So it blinds an enemy? good for a stealth character, not as good as invisibility in most cases, but since it's only adept then that's understandable cool spell, hard to use... I don't get it... I get what it does in game terms, What I don't get is what it does in realistic terms. Is it supposed to increase in speed the longer it flies? it just seems weird to have a spell that's purely mechanical in a game that's so immersive. Not wanting you to change anything about this, just stating what I think. This is a very good spell idea regardless, and I do like it.
  13. I decided to give my oppinion on the alteration spells real fast... Maybe I will do the others later Wouldn't this just let you walk away from any fight... It seems a little overpowered since you could cast this, then attack, then cast this again, then attack again, and so on. This sounds awesome... that is all This looks really fun, but I hope it's one of those that you mentioned that's limited to once a day. It just seems too easy to abuse agains single opponents (especially dragons). Why only enemies? It wouldn't make much sense for your followers to not get infected by it... And it would be awesome to infect a city with a lot of people and watch them spread the virus around until nobodies left alive. Overall I like what you are doing with alteration, it's unique, but still seems very alterationy.
  14. I have a pointless question... Why apocalypse? It just seems kinda random for a spell mod... just curious.
  15. This looks like it might be the "midas magic" of skyrim when completed. Phenderix has the best spell mod right now, but the spells aren't nearly as complex as Midas Magic in oblivion. I'm really looking foward to this once it's completed... Especially the volcano (for some reason) :).
