try to approach the farm with ur back and first person view / run backwards to the farm, once u go through the scripted event everything should be fine - run backwards to witherun to be safe i think the bug has nothing to do with scripts but with some visual loading errors.

is it possible ? i would like to see the astral lounge get visitors from all areas, even outside the planet... npcs dont care about day and night they are 24/7 at their desk, i would like to meet them in different spots according to the time on the planet... you know like the had it in skyrim, wandering/working/drinking/sleeping quest givers

if u already run cbbe then you need skin mods... like pure skin or something else (there are lots of them). if you have a decent computer i recommend a body with physics mod and bodyslide builds. if u dont care about all that, then u probably want npc overhaul mods.
