  1. I know there is a version of Garrett's armor from Thief on the Nexus, but it's for male only and isn't really all that similar to the original. Is there another mod somewhere (or at least one fairly similar)? Tembtra Thief Armor I think is the closest I've found. If there isn't one, can someone please take up the request to make one for SeveNBase female? Either Garret or Erin's armor would be appreciated.
  2. I have no experience with modding, but I am hopeful and eager anyway. My goal is to create a few follower mods (about 3). I want to have them fully voice acted, responsive to player actions/choices and Skyrim quests with a moral/approval system, talk to my other follower characters, and also have quests of their own. So my question is, where do I begin?
  3. Thank you for the quick response! Will def be checking them out.
  4. Wasn't exactly sure where to post this thread, but I'm sure someone will let me know if I'm in the right place (or wrong for that matter lol) I've been looking around the Nexus and I haven't found a lot of different body mods. More specifically, I'm looking for a battle worn, scarred, or even dirty body for my female Courier. Doesn't have to be a nude texture. I'm just looking for something a bit more immersive. Kinda bored with the flawless body mods and want my character to have a bit more...well, character. Anyone know where I can find something like this, on the Nexus or elsewhere? T6M is what I'm currently using. Any response would be appreciated (preferably nice or helpful ones) :)
  5. Dreaming a bit here, but I'd love to see an armor/clothing mod of Anaksunamun's outfit from the Mummy.
  6. @Trucidation W...what? Loading screens too fast????? lol @Lawlacaust I haven't played any other Elder Scroll's games, so I have nothing to compare the voice acting too, but it is funny to listen too regardless. The guard's line about Redguard swords cracks me up every time I hear it. @BrettM I had a hard time picking a side for the war. I ended up choosing the Stormcloaks initially. With my latest play through's I've been choosing the Legion or ignoring the war all together (f as long as possible at least). Both sides had their ups and downs, but in the end like most other quests, you gotta make a choice anyway (since limited on other choices) @Ghoulz Never been one for a magic character. What magic I do use is rather simple like Flames or Shock. And finally @Riprock ...wow....lol
  7. 70? HAHA. Those guards must feel rather lucky their arrow to the knee didn't just end their adventuring career. :P
  8. I forgot about Grelod. It's kinda like the game pushed you towards being an "evil" character. :/ I think she kinda deserved it anyway, but yeah there could have been an option to threaten her. Yeah, how many times (in game) have we heard the "arrow to the knee" story? I guess Bethesda needed to draw the line some where. Game Designer 1 "It's done!" Game Designer 2 "Uh, why are there only 10 voice actors and all the guards have the same lines?" Game Designer 1 "It doesn't matter really. Gamers won't notice anyway. They will all be distracted by the amazing graphics." lol.
  9. Just kinda wanted to post this and see if I'm not the only one... Things that really irritate me in Skyrim: Loading Screens: This is def my top irritant in the game and there isn't much we can do about it. Did you notice that the first 2 people you see die in Skyrim have their hands initially bound, but after they die, their hands are free? Little bug that eats at me... A Lovely Letter quest: You have 2 initial choices, ruin Camilla's relationship with the elf or the Nord. Later you can also marry Camilla taking away either option. So what's wrong with this quest? I don't think either deserve Camilla, but you don't get to make that choice! House of Horrors: You can initially tell the Daedra you will not help him, but then are forced to do so in order to finish the quest. (This also applies for most Daedra quests) A Chance Arrangement: So I'm a good Dovah; I don't steal, I rarely pick locks, and I never pick pockets, and yet as I enter Riften, I am bombarded by thieves. "Never done and honest day's work for all that gold your carrying lass." Excuse me? I earned this gold, all 5,000 of it! Why must we be forced into joining or ignoring the Thieve's Guild? We have the option to destroy the Brotherhood, so why not the guild? Lack of voice actors: I love hearing Kovu (Jason Marsden fyi) in every town I visit. I love Perth's voice however, does he play any others? Lack of marriage candidates: Console users are pretty much outta luck, and same things to pc players without mods. (How many PC users don't use mods anyway?) THANK YOU MODS!!!!!! So, these are just a few. Bethesda made an absolutely great game...but I think they got lazy on certain areas...again, THANK YOU MODS!!!! (And Modders)
  10. Infini-Craft? I like the "I'd support that" part, but not sure what infini craft is. lol.
  11. Personally I like the idea, but I think some of the examples listed are a bit tacky. I think more diverse and creative armors for bandits and undead would be nice though. Tacky. :( Well maybe a little, they were just general ideas after all. I'd like to see a lore friendly armor that can fit seamlessly into the game. Using enemy parts for the armor seemed primal, realistic, and interesting. I keep thinking to Hoth as a great example. If you're going to roam skyrim killing all sorts of beasts and monsters, why not show off your skill? After all, you do so with dragonbone and scale armors. With all the beast that attack you, you don't really gain much from fighting them. Sure experience, but what else? An ingredient, a pelt for leather, and a pretty much useless item to just end up being tossed, stored and forgotten, or sold? With all the mundane encounters our dragonborn has, at least we'd have something more to show for it right? :) I was also thinking about the diversity of the armors as well. Different styles for heavy and light obviously, but also for individual pieces. You could make ordinary leather gloves, fingerless or full and even clawed. Same thing for gauntlets or armlets too. For boots they could be armored, just fur, or even just wraps. Armor skimpy and full body versions. Armored or fur options too. Helms, hoods, head wraps or accessories. Bear/wolf claw necklace and jewelry. Perhaps a clawed ring (similar to brass knuckles) that help in unarmed combat. I've had mods that add different dyes and colors so that could be implicated. But why stop there, why not add patterns too? Insignias for Stormcloak, Imperial, Dragonborn, Blades, Brotherhood, etc. These armors could be added to the bandits and other human enemies as well. Wouldn't it be cool to see a bandit from say, around Windhelm, running around in camo arctic animal armors? Or a necromancer wearing human bones? If I had any skill in modding I'd try making them myself. :P
  12. And still no response. People must not like my ideas. lol.
  13. So awhile ago I made a suggestion of a Hag Raven armor...it got very little response. lol I was thinking of the concept and decided to throw this idea out there; how about more enemy based armors? What we have so far (vanilla) is Dragon and Falmer armor, which is about it, but why not a mod revolving around other enemies? Examples: Use wolf/bear/saber cat pelts for hooded fur armor (Similar to Stormcloak General armor), animal/skeleton bone armor, (of course) the hag raven armor, perhaps a spider armor, and maybe a Hoth based armor (yes I know his is unique, but I was thinking of using human bones). I have seen a Spriggan armor, but I haven't found too many other armors like it. What does everyone else think? If you know of any mods like this, I'd love to know about it.
  14. I love lore friendly armor and clothing mods. Would anyone be able to make a hagraven outfit mod? I think it look pretty cool for my female character. :)
