  1. Darker Nights has compatibility patches with True Storms and Obsidian Weathers, don't think it would cause crashes. I'll look into Immersive Citizens but most my crashes seem to happen in caves or out in the wild away from towns. I'll often crash after dying. Thanks for your input!
  2. Hey! I love this game but it randomly crashes a couple times an hour and only gets worse as my save goes on. I think Sands of Time - Ultimate Deadly Encounters and Equilibrium - Roguelike Encounters definitely increase the crash rate but I'm willing to sacrifice other mods to save them. I have a bashed and merged patch and sorted with LOOT. Mod list - https://modwat.ch/u/Eon/modlist 8GB RAM GTX 1070 Intel i5 4460 I run at an almost constant 60fps. To help with future troubleshooting, how do I know what conflicts are benign in SSEedit and which ones cause crashes? Thanks guys! P.S. Wasn't sure where to post this so it's also in the mod support section, sorry for the duplicate mods!

  4. Hi! My game crashed a few times the other day and I don't really understand how to use the crash fixes log to diagnose them. These are the errors I've received: 1. When entering Windhelm there was an invisible NPC (called "Traveler") that I could run into but not interact with and produced a consistent CTD when attacked. Crashfixes displayed "Game has crashed due to actor missing TESCombatStyle form. The actor reference ID was 0xFF0029A8 and base ID was 0xFF002AC0." I'm assuming TESCombatStyle form is the AI's "combat mode" when hostile; but how can I find what mod the NPC is coming from? Why would this one NPC be invisible and crash the game? 2. Random crash after my death animation finished playing (died during the team battle from The Pit Fighters' Guild). Crash fixes message: 3. Beggar in Windhelm offers to train me in pickpocketing. I select the dialogue option and crash. Unable to reproduce. Load order: https://modwat.ch/u/Eon How should I go about trying to fix these random crashes and prevent future ones? Thanks in advance!
  5. I really, really want to use this mod but I can't get it to work. I lose stamina and the animation plays but my character doesn't move at all, just rolls in place. I am using FNIS 6.3 with the TK Dodge patch, and running everything as admin. Even if I place TK Dodge extremely low in my order it only works partially. I couldn't find any solutions online; any ideas? Current load order
  6. Well thanks for the help! On an unrelated note, is the creature pack available for SE? In FNIS the uninstall button is greyed out and there's no installer on the mod page.
  7. So I reinstalled Skyrim and MO2 to check and am still having the issue. Windows Firewall is turned off and so is Bitdefender. When I run hkxcmd.exe on it's own a black DOS box with some text appears and instantly disappears. Are there any log files generated I can check? I don't know additional details you need. FNIS crashes upon exit as well, without asking me to create a shortcut. Not sure if that's relevant at all. All my Skyrim stuff is under C:\Steam. I am using Mod Organizer 2 which is located in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Mod Organizer. I'll try moving it to the Tools folder and make a couple redundant installs but I'm not really sure how that would affect it. What are some possible system issues? I am on Windows 7 64bit and have the latest .NET Framework. EDIT: Moving FNIS to Tools doesn't help. If I just move the entire folder (so FNIS is now at C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Tools\FNIS Behavior SE V7 0 Beta\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users) I get the same ERROR(2012) as before. If I extract the contents of GenerateFNIS_for_Users directly to Skyrim's Tools folder I also get ERROR(2012) but with less text: Moving FNIS to If I install FNIS spells and run FNIS I get the same error (hkxcmd.exe crashing) but it says animations successfully included. I thought FNIS spells was optional and should have no effect? They seem to work for now? Despite hkxcmd.exe crashing.
  8. Been trying for a few hours to get these working together to no avail. If I launch FNIS through MO2 and select "Update FNIS Behaviour" I get three identical error messages (hkxcmd.exe has stopped working). FNIS says: If I launch it on it's own I receive the following message: FNIS also crashes when I try and exit. My FNIS directory is C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Mod Organizer\mods\FNIS Behavior SE V7 0 Beta\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users I've been following the Skyrim S.E.P.T.I.M. Guide although I installed FNIS before XP32 and SMIM before Ruins Clutter Overhaul. I have also been following Gopher's videos on MO. Antivirus is disabled and I have administrative privileges for FNIS, MO2, and hkxcmd enabled just in case. Please help!
  9. Almost everytime my character is killed, the hostile NPCs say something like "Oh well, must have run off" or other dialogues that refer to my character running away/hiding from combat instead of dying. I'd like to replace the dialogue with something more suitable or remove it from that situation completely. If there are any mods that do this currently let me know.
