looking for a mod or a way to force an npc to just simply move his/her lips(skyrim oldrim)... i am not a modder and i just dont want to go through creation kit (if possible) i found a mod called puppeteer master but the talk option didnt work for me and a console command which was "say dialogueID" but i couldn't figure out this one either (i did my best) any other solutions?

Is there any mods or way that can fix this? I just have achieved the vessel and don't want to star another game and I haven't even talked to him
