I'm not sure if the msf patch that snake had on his right arm from the earlier trailers [as seen here http://imgur.com/a/g00ZT] still exists in the game files but it would be great if someone could somehow get that back onto his arm. You can recreate the msf patch with the in-game emblem creator but it looks really flat and boring.
