I don't think there's anything that says the Dragonborn actually has to be a good person, just that they have to kill dragons :L Umm it would be nice to be more specific about where she learns destruction magic though?

It's all for the greater good. The people you kill aren't exactly innocent and your survival is more important because you're *actuallly* important
