Found the fix.

The same thing has happened to me. I was playing FO4 this morning with no issues and now this afternoon i can only start new game. My saves are there in my documents same as you.

This is certainly possible. If you check this mod out, you can see it has been done. Legendary Corpo (beginning of game) at Cyberpunk 2077 Nexus - Mods and community However, as you can see it comes with everything maxed out. I have requested the Author to make a mod which unlocks just the level cap.

I'm new to the creation kit. I wanted to clear an area at the top of Mass Fusion building of debris and make the area clear for a fresh build with a build anywhere mod. I removed all layers except the area i was working on but found the additional layers came back, also the camera kept dropping to ground level and the performance was abysmal. I have a GTX 1060 6gb, 32gb ram and a intel core i7-6700 processor. If this is not enough could someone let me know please?
