Is there any mod that improves NPCs attacks?

Hello, everyone! I was wondering if there's any mod that improves NCPs skills: fast attacks, fast blocking, fast response time, shield bash, etc, just like the Forsworn Briarhearts and some other few NPCs. Not necessarily increasing the damage values, but turning them more challenging and smart.

Hello! I would like to create a follower with a face i made, but i can´t because i'm playing on Mac and Creation Kit won't work on my OS. I have the NPC file. I was wondering if there is a possibility to create such a follower with certain stats and habilities using some other program. Thank you all!

LE Stormcloaks with Dawnguard light armor cuirass.

Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to replace the standard Stormcloak cuirass with the Dawnguard Light Armor (chestplate). This one exactly (I.D. 0200f4049), painted in dark blue. I made myself the armor change by using console comands, but it would be great to all Stormcloaks to have it. Thanks for reading! ^^ Hope you like the idea!
