Ran the in-GOG downgrade to 1.31A, let it finish, seems to be OK now - lips moving.

Lol had this too. I kept playing and all the other scenes with Yennefer have been fine, though occasionally when moving her face morphed to look like this.

Same here, trying to get this fixed now. I've got a handful of mods installed including the HD texture rework/More Shadows/Realistic Weather and the Henry Cavil / Yenener rework (I'm a cheeseball I know). GOG 1.32 GOTY edition which I downgraded to 1.31 using this for compatibility: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3374 May try to downgrade to 1.31 in the GOG app itself next (runs another massive download which is why I didnt try it yet). Read all the suggestions about locking to 60 FPS / setting language in GOG to non-English/setting language in-game back to English/etc) but still no luck. Closest I found was a post to a new witcher3.exe but the download links were bad.
