Not part of a contract and i woulnt want to have another vip employer scared about that i killed the last one. Motierre alive with his contract fulfilled is DB's message to Tamriel that they're back at full strength and open for business.
Its not the way of the DB to make last wishes true nor kill their employers unless its part of another contract.
how will they know? mottiere told anyone he is hiring the brother hood to kill the emperor? you told anyone you are going to kill the emperor and youre the listener? the emperor or any other guy you killed told anyone? how the F*** will they know if the brother hood betrayed mottiere? think people! think!
and after the mottiere becomes the what ever he wants to become he wont go around shouting he killed the emperor by using the brotherhood.

motierre is never going to be emperor. because you have to be a direct son or conquer the empire to become the emperor and motierre is none of them. but as you see in the history when there is no emperor the elder counsel becomes the ruling authority. so if he already the high chancellor then by deleting the emperor he become the highest ruling authority in empire

i had the mod which gives wabbajack new powers. i toggled TGM and went to test the mod in a fort. there was complete mayhem. a dragon was spawned and i changed a guy into a dragon with some giants, m'aiq, cicero a pack of wolves and a chicken running around. i further used the wabbajack. some gold were splashing in place, a werewolf attacked the giant and was shot towards the dragon. which didnt take it easy and landed resulting in two dead giants and a dead blood dragon.

to those who say with killing motierre you scare away contracts. no it wont. because you dont have a banner on your head reading: hi! im a dark brother hood assassin working for motierre to kill the emperor. but he wanted me to kill motierre too. so i gonna kill him!
and NOBODY except the body guard and the brother hood know of the contract when you kill motierre. the bodyguard is easy to kill. and he wont go and tell the authorities that they hired the brother hood to kill the emperor. because probably they will execute him for being a part in the assassination of the emperor. even if you kill him, people will think someone from the counsel hired you to kill this guy.

and sometimes sense. if motierre can give us 20 000 septims why he gives the amulet to us for the expenses?(wouldnt those in the counsel ask him why he lost it?) if he doesnt have the money to keep the amulet where he gets that 20 000 septims from?
and i thought first "he want to be the high counsler?" then i thought it doesnt make sense to become the high counsler with the murder of the emperor. i think it is his final goal to become the emperor. so i killed him! no emperor = weak empire = easy task to conquer for the dragonborn!

1. saying that they fought for many days and were even is nonsense! killing a human even a tongue is easy for an ancient dragon.
2. he was a tongue. he used thu'um in front of many witnesses (skyrim wikia)
3. numinex could not die in his cell (except he kills himself) for two reasons 1. if olaf used numinex as the verse says he would keep him alive. 2. numinex was mad but not hopeless to kill himself. and dragons are have a looooooooooooooong life span
4. the skull cannot belong to numinex. for two reasons 1. if a not-dragonborn kills a dragon it doesnt turn into bones as we see in game. 2. i think they eventually become bones after they rot away. but the jarl wouldnt hang a rotting dragon head from the wall now would he?
5. the bard was not a real nord! how can you accept a false nord's sayings about a true nord and an honorable tongue?

what we want is thalmor and fight, so what about this.
the great dragon toshraka from akavir invades tamriel. they conquer SI and cyrodiil and come towards skyrim. their greatest weapon is the dragon itself. with the dominion being crushed no one in the empire respect the concordant anymore and imperials and storm cloaks join each other to stand against the common foe (not sure about this) being the dragon born its your destiny to kill this dragon. about the mythic guard maybe they are the ones replacing the blades? maybe they are those guarding the dragon? maybe they are some like the dragon guard in times of reman?

i read any book that the title interests me. my favorites by far are the lusty argonian, the wolf queen, myths of Sheogorath and the last year of first era.
also i have filled all of the book cases in vlindrel hall!

Mede was a coward to sign the treaty that sold his peoples god away. Therefore, he deserves to die and for that reason I would have never accepted to become a double agent. I honor my contracts. As an assassin if I honored every dieing mans last wish I came across, well I would be out of business real quick.
If he didn't sign it Tamriel would be conquered by the Aldmeri Dominion, he was a coward to do that but he did it in order for his people to survive, like I said before if he didn't done that the thalmor would be completely in charge of Tamriel murdering everyone how shows just a little biit of resistance, he was the only victim I feld sorry about...
thats not completely true. in the battle of red ring empire thoroughly wiped out the dominion's forces. so it was somewhat like stros m'kai. it was signed because noone could continue the war.
not trying to hijack the title.

Arkay has two miscellaneous quests you can do, though they do not earn their own larger quest flag. I have not seen anything for any of the others yet, though.
Arkay's priest in Whiterun, as well as the priestess in Riften will each give a short simple quest
