I have now solved this problem. I just reinstalled all my mods one by one. And using LOOT and FNVEdit to fix my load order, it now works perfectly. Thanks to 2much4l1 for helping me out.

Should I just uninstall my mods and start over?

I can now exit Doc's house, but a minute after I exit it crashes. Plus some of the weapons textures are black.

I started a new game and everything was working fine until I tried to exit Doc Mitchell's house. I also can't ready any of my weapons for some reason, when I press the R key nothing happens. I need some help here guys. If you need more info just ask.
